Teaching Rooms

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education has modern and technologically well-equipped standardized teaching halls for three faculties, located in the second through the fifth floor of the main building. In line with the standards set by Ministry of Higher Education, each faculty has separate teaching halls that are furnished with appropriate teaching tools and facilities. The instruction is provided by experienced and senior lecturers to ensure a higher standard of education.

Computer Lab

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education maintains a well-equipped computer lab that supports both curricular and extracurricular activities, as well as data collection and research endeavors for the students of the institution. The computer lab is outfitted with modern, technologically advanced equipment. The lab is open from Saturday to Wednesday, allowing students to access a variety of online learning resources and conduct information searches. Computers in the lab are equipped with database access, including Microsoft Office suite, high-speed internet connectivity, and other advanced software applications to facilitate the academic and research needs of the students Availability of this comprehensive computer lab infrastructure enhances the overall learning experience and supports the diverse academic and research requirements of the students.

Conference Hall

The conference and meeting hall of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education is designed in a structure that comply with the highest standards, and is used for the normal and extraordinary meetings, seminars and workshops arranged for the staff and the students. It has capacity of 70 participants, modern sound technology in the hall, modern LCD for projection, presentation related facilities, strong internet connection, hot and cold air control systems along with many other facilities and modern tools.

Auditorium

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education ceremony hall (auditorium) is developed and used for major academic and cultural programs of the institution. The institution's auditorium has a capacity of 500 participants. It has modern technology, strong Internet, LCD, standard chairs, modern systems for heating and cooling, standard decoration, modern sound system and other facilities and tools. Main auditorium of the institution is located on the last floor of the building. All mega event and large gatherings of the students, lecturer and admin staff of the institution are held in this hall.

Central Library

The physical and digital library of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) has a very good collection of books and other reading materials to meet the teaching, learning and research needs of the academic staff and the students. Physical library of the institution has capacity of over 20,000 books and currently have a collection of books, journals, magazines, newspapers, video clips and other audio resources. The library has modern and fast internet-connected computers for users to access the institution database and digital library, as well as free links to other standard and advanced digital libraries. First Aid Room (Health Clinic)

The First Aid Clinic of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education (Nangarhar) was created for urgent and minor medical consultations, services, treatments and assistance in order to provide services to the staff and students of the institution in terms of first aid. The first aid clinic is staffed by experienced and professional nurses and medical doctors to provide treatment for and handle emergency cases. Students and staff members can contact them in case of emergency. All services of the health clinic are free and there is no charge. The first aid clinic of the institute is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 7 am to 4 pm and provides first aid services.

Research Center

Spinghar Institute of Higher Education Research Center was established to advance experimental researches and learning for students and academic staff of all medical faculties. Aligned with the institution's vision, mission, and strategic goals, the center focuses on transferring theoretical knowledge into practical clinical applications. The research center is committed to transforming research findings into practical solutions that can be implemented in clinical settings and community-based programs. The research center empowers researchers, clinical practitioners, and students to push the boundaries of medical discovery; the center is dedicated to conducting high-impact medical researches to address pressing healthcare challenges

Studio

By establishing this comprehensive studio facility, Spinghar Institute of Higher Education demonstrates its commitment to leveraging technology and multimedia to enhance its educational offerings, outreach, and  improve overall institutional impact. The studio serves as a valuable asset, enabling the institute to create, capture, and disseminate impactful video content that helps in improving its academic and strategic goals.Spinghar Institute of Higher Education has developed a standard studio for recording of lectures, e-learning, public awareness, entry test instructional clips, large ceremony coverage and its videos clips, interviews with lecturers on academic, curricular and extra-curricular topics and high-quality video resources across relevant fields. 

Canteen (Cafeteria)

The Canteen (Cafeteria) of Spinghar Institute of Higher Education is one of the facilities created to offer the following services:
•    Provision of food, drinks, coffee, and other fast food services to the staff and students of the institution
•    Provision of fast food, chips, meat, Rosh, vegetables, juices, fresh fruits
•    Stationery and photocopying services
The canteen building is an asset attached to the institution building. Students and staff members can enjoy delicious food and service. All services offered by canteen are monitored according to market prices, quantity and quality principles.

Office Rooms

The office rooms for the administrative and academic departments of the SIHE are arranged at a functional level according to the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education with all the facilities including modern and technological tools. These offices are easily accessible, the general map of the institution, the cite map of the building, the directory of the offices of each floor and other necessary instructions have been installed in the building for quick and easy access. Those who want to enroll in SIHE and continue their academic journey with us can see the modern administrative and academic offices equipped with all the facilities and amenities necessary for a productive and comfortable experience.
