Informative Seminar Held in Commemoration of World Malaria Day

Today, Saturday, the 6th of Saur 1404 (corresponding to April 26, 2025), an informative seminar was held in commemoration of World Malaria Day, organized in collaboration with the Cultural Affairs Subcommittees of the Faculties of General Medicine and Medical Technology.
The seminar was presented by Saifullah Waziri, a student of the Faculty of General Medicine. During the seminar, comprehensive information was shared on the identification, history, causes, global statistics, prevention methods, challenges, and necessary measures related to malaria.
In the opening speech, Dr. Mohammad Javid Haziq, Dean of the Faculty of General Medicine, spoke about the importance and need for academic and informative seminars organized by students. He expressed his special gratitude to the involved parties for organizing the seminar and encouraged students to continue hosting such beneficial events.
It is worth mentioning that at the conclusion of the seminar, Assistant Professor Safiullah Mohabbat, the Deputy of the Faculty of General Medicine, shared his positive remarks and closed the seminar with a prayer.
